I'm western and confused about this haha, Not mad, just...confused lol. What is the reason of some of them dyeing their hair? What is the purpose? Ya see it a lot in the harajuku ones.

I'm an african-american junior who currently has a 3.5 I scored a 163 on my PSAT and have yet to take the SAT. I've been taking advanced English since freshman year and I'm in AP u.s history and intend on taking AP english and AP psych next year. I'm an active member of CSF(california scholarship federation) and will be graduating w/ honours from that ociation! I'm very active in over 12+ clubs and ASB and I play 2 sports (football and soccer) and I plan on swimming, diving, baseball, and cross country next year as well. I have in the top 20% in my cl and I'm doing good. Everyone things I'm super smart and I'm going to get in somewhere even the teachers tell me! They also say b/c I'm black it strengthens my chances of getting in. Is all the true or BS. And they're telling me what I want to hear? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! Thanks!

It is normal. Don't worry about the collar. Your lovely little girl, Milly, will ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. She loves you more than you'll ever know! She is watching down on you and she doesn't want you to be unhappy. She thinks about you too sometimes, but she has renewed health and new friends, but she is waiting for you at the RAINBOW BRIDGE. If your not familiar with Rainbow Bridge, read it and you'll see what I am talking about. You and her WILL BE REUNITED. Firmly believe it with all your heart. It is not the collar that is important it is the happy times your enjoyed that you'll always remember. Try not to dwell on the unhappiness and remember all the good time, as more and more time goes on, you'll mostly only remember the good times. Don't be hard on yourself. It is normal to grieve the loss of your favorite pet that you literally grew up with. Your life is changing now with a beau and all so get busy with your life and try as best as you can to "let go". It will come and go, but she wouldn't want you to be unhappy. I know, I promise. Take care of yourself. Your a very sweet person.

How do I stay happy while being poor?

I'm really unhappy because my family is really poor. There are days when I don't at all because there is nothing to eat. I'm in high school, I have a job and I work like a slave and I'm still poor. I plan on going to uc irvine in the fall but being real poor is making me want to not go anymore. Today my parent sold my bike because we need the rent money. Today is prom but i couldn't go because I couldn't afford it. I can't even go to my graduation. I'm really depressed and I have to pretend like everything ok. How do I cope with this?

you dont want to fear the person youre with. you need to realize what is best for YOU. no job, not even a licience and a bad temper shouldnt be something you want.
