Am i screwed for college (UCs in general)?

You're looking good actually. Not screwed at all. You are slightly on the low end for both UCI and UCD as they are pretty much ranked the same but you are within the average accepted GPA and SAT score. They usually take 1800-1900 SAT and a 3.5-4.0 GPA so you have a good shot. Your ECs are not bad at all. Try and put in some more hrs in community service and that should be good. Aim for 200.
