Induction please help?

Well first off, if the doctor wants to induce for medical reasons, they know best! I induced on my due date and well it was not fun. But worth it since my husband could be there. It contractions came relentlessly and stronger than normal ones. It caused me to go into double peaked contractions, i got stuck after 12 hours of that at 3 cm dialted. But there are different ways to be induced, sounds like you would be going the pitocin route. Everyone is different no one can guarentee if it will be better than or worse than your first labor, but good luck and congrats on your bundle of joy when they arrive <3
