What do i do if i am scared of someone at school?

I am scared of this person at school who is older than me. I said to his younger brother who is my age on FB that i want to fight him. Then i told him it was a joke. And i keep telling him it was a joke. But his older brother keeps saying things to me and i am frightened to go near him. What should i do.
