Will i get into a UC or another prestigious university? preferably UC irvine or UCSB?

I'm an african-american junior who currently has a 3.5 I scored a 163 on my PSAT and have yet to take the SAT. I've been taking advanced English since freshman year and I'm in AP u.s history and intend on taking AP english and AP psych next year. I'm an active member of CSF(california scholarship federation) and will be graduating w/ honours from that ociation! I'm very active in over 12+ clubs and ASB and I play 2 sports (football and soccer) and I plan on swimming, diving, baseball, and cross country next year as well. I have in the top 20% in my cl and I'm doing good. Everyone things I'm super smart and I'm going to get in somewhere even the teachers tell me! They also say b/c I'm black it strengthens my chances of getting in. Is all the true or BS. And they're telling me what I want to hear? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY! Thanks!
