Pains in vagina area? serious answers ONLY!?

im 16 with these sharp pains in the uterus region. they randomly started happing. i cant lay down straight on my back or i get these sharp pains they go through my whole women area but there mostly in the uterus region..idk what it is. i got 3 shots 3 days ago my last hpv,depo shot, and a shot for the whooping cough..could this be the reason? i never had these before sence recently..some1 please help..
