Dorm pets in UC Irvine?

It says that only fish in a 10 gallon tank or smaller are allowed. I was hoping to have a 10 gallon tank or smaller, but with a land section as well as a water section, and perhaps an amphibian as well as some fish. Does anyone have any personal experience as to how strictly a "fish" is enforced? Thanks!
