Chances of going to UC Irvine?

Hello, so I'm currently a Sopre right now, and I'm worried about college. I'm a Sopre and currently have a 3.4 GPA. (I know, it's bad.) I'm not taking any AP cles and will be at the start of Junior year. Will I be able to make it into UC Irvine? Or any UC school by the time I graduate?
