My oris hurts? Only serious answers please?

So about 4 days ago I was and I rubbed my . That night everything was fine, but the next morning when I woke up, my oris felt so sore when I was peeing. I immediately became scared. I started to think maybe I rubbed a little too hard or maybe I got a UTI since it only hurts when I pee. I got my period three days after it started hurting so could it have happened because my period made me a little more sensitive or something? Please only serious answers. I really need some advice on this because it has me frightened. Has this happened to anyone else? How long will it take for the soreness to go away when I pee?
