My Runescape friend says he got a Police Ministration to come to me or something?

So, i'm kind of scared, and paranoid, okay, so my friend on runescape, not real life, but in Runescape was talking about a girl, and he was provoking me to say stuff about her, so i did to seem funny. He laughed and joked with me, then he asked for my last name, i didn't give it. He asked what grade i was, i didn't give it, i was suspecting something very strange? Afterwards i said that everything i said was jokes, then he tells me that he was able to get a Police Ministration to come? I was frightened so i logged off, no i'm scared that they might find my IP address or send me to jail, or something like that. Then i logged back on, and i don't see him there, now i'm trying to figure out if it was real or not, and what should i do, give my account away as fast as i can? I don't know what to do, i'm scared, can a Police Ministration do that??? Especially on Runescape!!!!
