Do i have a good chance of being accepted into UC Davis or UC Irvine or any other UC school?

Lets just hypothetically say that i had a 3.5 GPA my sophmore year of high school and a 4.2 my junior year and got a decent school on the SAT. Also took like 3 or 4 AP cles. Do i have a good chance of being accepted? Or just what do you think my chances would be? Thanks!
