Can you still get into a good university if you messed up freshman year?

Well I'm a freshman in high school, and its already the second semester. I messed up this year REALLY bad! Last semester, I got like 1 F, 3 C's, 2 D's, and like 2 B's. My school has 8 cles, and I know I messed up/: I have 3 weeks of school left, and all I wanna know is, with me messing up my freshman year, can I still get into a good university like UC berkley, USC, UC irvine? And if yes, than what are the requirements for admission into a good university like Berkley, cause I really wanna go to that one. Thanks!
