BAD high school junior year...?

UCs don't factor in your senior year GPA. They use sopre and junior year for the UC GPA. 3.5 isn't bad either. Your sat score is pretty good too. It's hard to say what you will get into because you haven't mentioned any extracurriculars like sports, clubs, outside extracurriculars or volunteering.
