Blood pressure 154/115?

I had a baby one week ago by c section due to high blood pressure and toxima. My blood pressure still hasnt gone down and is really starting to frighten me. Tonight it was 154/115 im only a think girl and 5'4 i never had bp problems before pregnancy its really starting to scare me. Im on the highest dose of trandate they can give and its still not going down. What if it doesnt go down will i get a stroke?
