How is the Corona-Norco Unified School District for kids with special needs ?

I was told Irvine offers excellent services to kids with special needs. We live outside the IUSD and are considering moving there. The kinds of services you will receive will greatly depend on the funding available. I am uming Corona was probably hit harder with the current recession compared to Irvine thus their budget might be more limited.
