Need help hand taming my indian ringnecks?

recently purchased 2 breeding indian ringnecks from a person who only cared about making money off of them. They are extremly frightened of people trying to handle them. Can anyone give me pointers on how to train them. I have had their wings clipped so they cant fly away. Any tips on how you trained your birds? 10 points for best answer.
