Should I go to UT Austin, Texas A&M, UC Davis, or UC Irvine?

TAMU gave me the most money, then UT Austin, then UC Davis, then UC Irvine. I want to go into Biomedical Engineering, though there is always the possibility of me changing my major. Any suggestions? Thanks!
