Chances of getting into these UCs?

You are in the Cal State range, not the UC range. You really need above a 3.3 for a UC. Go to community college and then transfer. No one ever asks about all of the colleges you attended. They ask where you graduated from. This way you will graduate from a UC. Good Luck!
