woooow, at that age you shouldnt be afraid! you should feel lucky about this, you can do whatever you want! you dont need to be afraid, chances are youre just as safe alone as you are with your parents. if you dont get over this now, then you wont ever be able to live alone? just close your eyes and put the blanket over your ear. ignore the world, and dont open your eyes no matter what. it works for me!
