What University in CA has a good art program?

I'm a Freshmen in high school, and by junior year I would already have to choose the school I wanna go to and I have some ideas (Uc Irvine, Cal state Dominguez Hills, Biola University) but I'm still not sure, btw I'm gonna be a sopre in a couple months if that counts for anything, any useful help please
