If you have Fifa Manager 11(not football manager 11) then answer this for me please?

ok i have created a team i have the stadium saved so i don't have to go through the process of re-building it, so here's a wee bit of description you have to know my team is called Irvine Meadow X1, Irvine Meadow are a junior team in scotland so there for i can only Create them and choose a league to place them in but since there a real team i saved the actual badge onto a USB but when i go to load badge the USB option isn't there i have tried putting it into different files that are available but there still not there what am i not doing.
