White tubelight to get some good light.?

I need some good white light in my home. Thinking to buy some tubelight but as im in a rente d apartment therefore i cannot make holes in the wall. Can you please advise if there is some good light that can be installed without making holes. Ifpossible can you help me with links to buy the product. I stay in Irvine, CA. Thanks in advance
