Irvine valley college (ivc) vs. orange coast college (occ) for engineering majors?

should i go to ivc or occ? im thinking of majoring in electrical engineering and im wondering what shcool would be best to transfer to a UC/CSU. i live about 11 mins away from occ (not including traffice and ~20 from ivc (not including traffic). ive been hearing ivc is a much better school. which school has more cl to offer and not much over crowding??
