Swimsuit or bikini? Complete dilemma!?

I really don't like one pieces, they aren't comfortable and are little kiddish to me. I am going through a similar thing to your IBS (they don't know what causes it). My stomach is constantly bloated and sticks out 2 or so inches, anytime I eat it sticks out close to 6-8 inches and gets hard, I literally look pregnant. I wear a bikini, and don't let that bother me. And no one really cares so I'm sure no one will care if it happens to you.
