Which major to choose!!!?

I was an English major and ended up at a top ten law school. To get into law school, your grades, LSAT and undergrad school are the most important, so do whatever inspires you. KNOW THIS, THOUGH, that English major will be branded onto your resume for the rest of your life. While there is nothing wrong will that degree, a major such as Econ, Mathematics, Engineering or one of the sciences will afford you much more flexibility in the future. It would be much easier to get into things like patent law, mergers and acquisitions, securities . . .
